Management team 

The management team is the strategic body of the Profile Area Human Rights. Besides the strategic direction, the management team decides over member admission, seed funding grants and finances. It consists of a coordinator, a deputy-coordinator and two assistant coordinators from different faculties.

Operational team 

The Profile Area Human Rights operations are led by the coordinator in collaboration with a project coordinator and a project administrator. The operational team takes care of the coordination of all platform activities, internal and external communications, administration, event planning and finances. 
The profile area operates inter- and transdisciplinary and organisationally does not belong to a certain faculty. Physically the operational team is located at the joint faculties of Humanities and Theology within the Department of History.
