Workshop: Publishing in The Conversation

A great opportunity for networking with other Human Rights Profile Area members and potential future co-authors!
Many members of the Human Rights Profile Area have successfully published their work in The Conversation, which can be both rewarding and fun work for researchers. To learn and get inspired from these experiences, the Human Rights Profile Area invites you to a workshop on the process of publishing in The Conversation. During the workshop we get to hear from Ellen Albertsdóttir, Communications Officer at Research and External Communication, and Ming Gao, a member of the Profile Area who has published four articles already in 2025. Ming will share his insights as a researcher on the process of pitching, writing, and editing articles as well as discuss the numerous benefits and outputs for researchers who publish in The Conversation.
We will gather for breakfast at 9am and start the workshop at 09:15am.
Open for all profile area members.
Limited number of seats. Registration required by October 14 via this form.
